User Not Listed in Domino Directory

Hello,
We are getting delivery failure(user not listed in domino directory) while sending mail from external email id to one of our user, the internet address for the user is correct in person doc,its happen only for one user we have done all the necessary steps even we have restarted the server.

Any solution highly appreciated...
